Trail
Quest, Inc. was organized as an Ohio corporation in 1995. Our
parent company, Industrial Welding and Fabricating, was
incorporated in 1973 as a manufacturer of aircraft ground support
equipment and grew to also specialize in truck & fire truck
equipment and waste handling equipment.
Our goal at Trail Quest is to manufacture and sell top quality products for show and off-road vehicles through superior design and workmanship, using only the best materials.
Our on-line catalog continues to grow, and we invite you to send us comments or suggestions for new items you would like to see added to our site.

NOTE: Personal checks must clear bank before orders are shipped. All payments must be made in US Currency.

SHIPPING
|
|
Orders
received by 1:00 pm will ship the same business day on in stock
items. With the exception of drop-shipments, we personally
process and ship all orders fully insured. All shipments are UPS
or FedEx ground, unless air shipment is requested. Larger items
(bodies, tubs & panels) will be shipped by truck; customer
must be able to unload freight. For business to business we also
offer Bax Global domestic and international shipping.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING: For international shipments call 1-614-873-8337
for shipping costs based on your individual needs and location.
We will also work with your shipper. All duty and taxes are the
responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid.

CLAIMS
|
|
All
shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. If you received an obviously damaged package you may refuse delivery and
it will be returned to the shipper. If you have accepted the package, any damage must be reported to your local carrier or
delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for the claim to be accepted. After contacting the carrier, or not
accepting delivery, please call us Toll Free at 1-800-770-2617 for further assistance with the damaged package and to arrange
for a replacement.

RETURNS
|
|
Customers
are responsible for providing the proper information regarding the make & model of their vehicle, and other relevant
information necessary to order the correct part, prior to placing an order. We do not accept any returned parts that have been used
or modified. If you attempt to install a part and it does not fit, please let us know and we will help you get the correct
part. If you need to return a part, please call us at 1-800-770-2617 and we will give you a "Return
Authorization Number." This number is necessary so we may properly credit your account, and must be written on the box used
to return items to Trail Quest. You also must include the original invoice and any other related paperwork you received
with your order. All returns must be made within 30 days from ship date, prepaid and fully insured, unless we make exceptions
for defects and/or mis-shipments, in which case we'll issue a call tag to have the merchandise picked up, at no cost to you,
for an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not issue credits without a return authorization number from Trail Quest.

Restocking fees ranging from 10 -
25% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned package. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will
be credited within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandize, to the credit card number used when the original
order was placed. Returned parts should be in good condition, and in the original packaging. Custom orders are not returnable.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE

Warranty
on defective merchandise is subject to the terms of the manufacturers warranty. Warranty is limited to replacement of the
defective part only. Because of the good relationship with our vendors, most warranty issues are resolved quickly.

Quest, Inc. stands behind its engineering and workmanship 100%, yet we cannot accept responsibility or liability for breakage or
failure of parts as a result of off-road use or reckless operation after modification of your vehicle. You should be aware
that modification of your vehicle with after market products may void your original dealer warranty
