TeraLow Dana #20 Gear Kit

The Low20 Manual kit uses a six-spline input gear for Dana 20s with manual transmissions.  It converts the stock 2.03:1 to 3.15:1 for improved rock crawling performance.
Low20 Manual 2112020 $939.95
The Low20 Auto for Turbo 400s converts the low range ratio to 3.15:1 for better off-road performance.  It is similar to the Low20, but designed for factory Turbo400 automatic transmissions. It uses a fifteen-spline input gear which is common in vehicles from 1966-1973 with the Turbo400 transmission. The Low20 Auto will not fit QuadraTrac transfer cases.

The Low20 Bronco will convert the stock 2.46:1 to 3.15:1.  The Low20 for Bronco requires a six spline input shaft to work.

Tera Low18 Gear Kit

The LOW18 kit reduces the 2.43:1 stock low-range ratio to 3.15:1.  This kit works with 1966-1971 CJs, utility wagons and pickups.  Older CJs require a large Dana 18 or Dana 20 transfer case housing from a 1966-1979 Jeep®.

The LOW18 OverDrive kit is designed to be used with Saturn and Warn overdrives and reduces the 2.43:1 stock low-range ratio to 3.15:1.  This kit ships with only 3 gears.  The additional gear, part 911098, can be purchased directly from Advance Adapters to complete the set.

TeraLow Dana 300 Gear Conversion Kit

Change a CJ or Scout 2.6:1 stock ratio to a true 4.0:1 low range ratio.
This low-range gear replacement kit benefits from the Dana 300 strength and durability and allows Jeep owners to enhance trail performance by maximizing crawl ratio. Installation of this kit into a Dana 300 transfer case will increase crawl ratio by 50%. No drive shaft changes or special shift linkage required. Comes complete with all necessary gaskets and seals and a new shift rail with increased detent pockets to help with twin stick applications.

Scout owners can purchase Part No 2103000 for 1980 manual transmission Scouts, while Part No 2103800 is designed for automatic transmissions. The Scout kit requires some internal case grinding.

The Dana 300 Rebuild Kit is available for anyone needing the bearings and seals to completely overhaul the Dana 300 t-case.

This kit replaces the stock output shaft of the 1981-86 Dana 300 transfer case with a heavy duty output shaft.  This HD shaft is better suited for high torque and high stress situations.
