1-piece alloys are cast in the foundry using A356 alloy. The molten alloy is poured into the mold, heat treated and then precision CNC machined for a
top-quality wheel. A one-piece alloy is a single piece. It does not have any elements that are welded together.
 Clear coating provides extra protection against
the elements. It's a protective finish that molecularly bonds with the wheel. It's not just painted on the surface, it's baked on in a 2
1/2 hour process on selected 1- and 2-piece alloys. Clear coating also makes cleaning a breeze and helps maintain a wheel's original appearance.
Clear coated styles do not require any polishing or buffing.
